Oh dear kendall ... you have my sympathies! Everything Spaw said is right on ... you must be very careful with what you eat! If it happens again you must seek medical help.. you don't want an infection... this really can lead to a colon perferation and then the next step is the bag!! Please be very careful... this disease is the shits! You must do the cam-corder up the butt routine... this disease can mimic colon cancer.
