For musicians, I can only imagine that there are unlimited pilgrimages to be made to:
The Air Force Academy to hear a great pipe organ with 6,660-some pipes; Bourbon Street & the Jazz greats of New Orleans; The Cotton Club (& a few others) in Harlem, New York where some of the greatest musicians in America performed; the pubs of Chicago to hear some of the great Irish-American Music sessions & the jazz clubs of Chicago, too; the backwoods of the Appalachain Mountains to seek out the roots of Bluegrass; the hidden communities of the deep South to find the roots of Gospel, Blues, Bluegrass, Country, Pop, Soul, Rock, Jazz, etc. etc. etc., get the picture?
