More than just instruments kat...a real history of all of the area...The Museum of Appalachia in Norris, Tennesee. I would Marion that you specifically might enjoy a tour of the Martin factory in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. It's a damn good tour they do! No way of describing it, but if you're on I-77 in Ohio you MUST SEE Warther's Museum.

New Orleans....then make the upriver trek through the "Blues" to Memphis. Details if you need them.

Actually, come down out of Toronto to Cleveland and check the Rock Hall of Fame. I77 south to Warthers...Cut across 70 to 71 then hit 75 in Cincy. Check out Berea for some mountain history the down to the Museum of Appalachia. Through Knoxville and across to Nashville ... still some great stuff there and visit the Ryman and Music Row.....then on down to Memphis and the "Blues" route south to New Orleans.

Now which way do you want to go from there?
