I get to perform twice this year -- once on Saturday with my new band Crookshank, and again on Monday backing up fiddler Lauryn Shapter. Both are in the Center House Theater. This will be my 20th year at Folklife.
They are allowing musicians to sell CDs from the stage this year. Buskers can sell on the sidewalks, too, after jumping through a hoop or two. 'Bout time.
