The mayor of Dallas is Laura Miller, and her husband is one of those legislators who headed north to Ardmore. She's clearly pleased by what he and the others have done. It has been done before, and certainly will be again.

No doubt Delay and Karl Rove are the puppetmasters behind Rick "Good Hair" Perry and the Republican majority and this out-of-season poaching on congressional districts.
