no spring field around here as far as i
know , but there is a nuclear power plant
a couple of hours south of here
in the sacramento area where the frog who
won the calaveras jumping from contest was
from...it only had 2 eyes though...
Butte county has 3 main cities-
Chico, Oroville, and Paradise.
in the mediterranean climate olives, oranges
and many other fruits grow well.
Peaches, Apricots, Almonds, walnuts,
and there is an olive oil press that
might need helpers. the season is
nov-dec-jan for the oil pressing i think..
also quite a few apples.
the springfield creamery in oregon
is the home of nancy's yogurt..
a good product. I am not sure where
in oregon Cascadian farms is but they are
a large producer of fruits & veggies
and jams and pickles..
