I know you could do it but the binding on your fretboard makes it a little trickier than an unbound refret. There are a couple of tricks to it and you may need a couple of special tools like a fret puller (I made mine) and fret files as well as fretwire of the correct guage and profile. I would say overall save yourself the stress (unless you fancy the challenge!) and have a professional luthier/repairer do it!
