I was just fishing for best advice, the worst would have been "it's easy, do it yourself".There is a binding on the fretboard which would make it difficult for a non-expert like myself.

Guest(2),thankyou for stating the obvious. If I had wanted to do it myself (confidently) then I wouldn't have asked.

Harpmaker and John9-I can guess,, thankyou, and if you could ask how much for a refret to 12th fret, I would be gratefull, as there is no problem getting to Hull9.
