It's not libel if it's true. helmut ruebsaat is a former member of the nazu party and a former hitler youth leader. He still sings his Hitler youth songs, or used to. He did one year at folk life, but no one understands german or if they do they don't care. Germans are not really into rooting out Nazi's. Helmut was a member of the fascist secert societies at university, and has the dueling scars to prove it. This scandal is ok because Helmut and Bartlett are nice middle class.

Helmut's Nazi past is admitted to by his own daughter. At least back when she was telling the truth, don't know now. I have heard him doing holocoust denial ten years ago, haven't seen him since.
