After over a year's hard work, and the participation of Catters in testing, I have now released the new version (3.1.1) of my program. (Then I tried to connect, and Mudcat wasn't there! Glad you are back)

It has far too many improvements to mention here, so why not download it from my site www.greenhedges.com and give it a try. (Windows only, no Mac or Linux - sorry)

As a reminder, the original purpose of the program was to add chords to a melody, but it now does MUCH more than that. It can import abc tunes, write abc, MIDI and Songwright files, import and display aligned lyrics, and now has note styles, which can add MIDI effects (such as pitch bend, pan etc) to tunes.

I previously offered to donate the first 5 registrations to Mudcat, but I haven't reached that yet!
