Having recently replaced a toilet with one with less volume, I was advised by my plumber that the latest item being smuggled in from Canada are toilets. It was against the U.S. law, he said, to manufacture a 3 gallon toilet. In Canada, Big Brother is not paying attention to such mundane affairs, he said.
