When I first saw the picture, I recognized Ron DeLacy who, together with Dave Cavanagh form the band known as DooDooWah. Their campsite at Strawberry Music Festival is also the home of the Men's Crisis Center.

They are some very funny people and a campsite jam with Ron with usually end up with some great Broadway Musical show tune sing-alongs.
