I'm sure that this song was written by a singer from Padstow called Larry(sorry don't know his surname)but he appears regularly at the Camping and Caravan club at Trewan Hall in St Colunb Major(www.trewan-hall.co.uk)where I heard him about three years ago. Possibly the staff there can put you on to him.
