Someone beat you to it. A book was published back in the 80s on this very subject. Sorry - can't remember the title. The author was being interviewed on NYC radio and was asked what her favorite nickname was. Her response: Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail. This from an elderly woman whose husband named her breasts and vagina on their wedding night to put her at ease.
