I've found CDBaby to be very quick, courteous and professional. They've also answered my questions quickly. They may be bogged down right now, but I've never seen that problem before. I'd keep after 'em and ask "wassup?"

The only problem I have with CDBaby is they don;t seem to attract folks to me. Somehow I sell 4 times as many on Amazon and Amazon is more costly! Go figure??

I'll admit, I don;t follow cdbaby's marketing strategies - and that may be why. They did just sell out my first record, though - but that's a box of 30 over the last year! Not big numbers. It looks like the new one is doing better.

Keep after 'em CDBaby's a good service.
