Board appointment, hmmm? Well, unworthy as I am, I suppose that someone has to do it. And while I'm equally certain that Board members serve without pay...the WSSBA certainly must pick up the costs associated with school business...like travel to and from Board meetings...and meals....and lodging...and...well, if such an appointment were thrust upon me, so to speak, why, yes, I'd serve....
