I have ordered violin strings from Music City Strings in the past with no problems. The price is great, particularly with free shipping, although the service can be a bit slow. About a month ago I orded a set of strings. My Visa card was billed about 2 weeks ago, but I have not received the strings. I have emailed them twice, with no response, and phoned yesterday and today only to hear a message that their voice mail box is full and not accepting any more messages.

Does anyone know of problems with Music City Strings (Rockport, MA)? Business problems, on vaction, short of help?
