While there has always been great oppression, D.G., there has also always been life and death and all that lies in between them. I am going to die anyway in the next 1 to 3 decades at the most. I hope that I will find some measure of inner peace and a greater love for myself and the rest of life before leaving this vale of tears, pleasure and pain that we call Earthly existence. I can't find inner peace by endlessly obsessing about the many dire oppressors in this World. Yes, I know about them, I am concerned about them to a degree, but I am far more concerned about things that are directly under my own jurisdiction...like achieving my own happiness and inner grace. First things first, my friend. But...by all means continue doing what you feel is helpful. That's the best that any of us can do. "You can be in my dream if I can be in yours."
