Other than the fact that there is a song about "Billy the Kid," (not referenced in this thread) shouldn't this be in the BS section?

The link to "Brushy Bill Roberts" is an interesting one and opens the door for some doubt as to whether Billy really was killed by Pat Garrett. Also an interesting reference in the Proof section that Billy "was a good dancer and singer." Wonder what songs he did ?

At least two other American outlaws have had this survival legend attached to them: Jesse James and Butch Cassidy (sp?). Are there any other real persons believed to have outlived their supposed deaths? (Other than Elvis!!)
