sorry to say this, but Paltalk has bits hidden deep in the registry. You can delete the directory, but it is tricky getting ALL the little pieces out. If you go delete the directory it was in AND possible temporary files in C:/Windows, it at least will not bother you, but you will likely not be able to re-install it without serious help.

It took a year and a total re-install of Windows before I could get it working after getting in one of those loops. I am NOT happy with the documentation PalTalk provides...nor with the clarity of the installation procedures.
