Subject: RE: BS: What do I do now?
If there were people lying on the walkways, I would suggest that the H&S conditions, although met (providing the walkways which were presumably for fire exits and disabled customers), were not being enforced (keeping the walkways clear so that people could acutally get down them if and when necessary).

Did anyone take any pictures of these walkways? Unless there is some evidence of an H&S breach, there is little or no chance of a claim being granted. Similarly, if your ticket is for a numbered seat, it must stipulate if there is a restricted view. If it is for an unnumbered seat or entry to the arena to stand, then the organisers consider it your responsibility to find a decent viewing spot and you cannot claim a refund. However, you never know unless you ask, so it's always worth making your complaint/comments known to the organisers.

From what a mate who lives nearby said, you could have sat in comfort in the car park and heard it just as well as if you were in the arena.
