Hello,

I posted a while ago about singing in West Yorkshire in the 60's and 70's.

Due to all your help, I realised that was too wide an area, so I have cut it down to the Keighley area in a decade crossing the two.

I have a set of questions I would really appreciate anyone who was around at that time to answer.

I will PM them to anyone who can help.

Please post below with your mudcat name, and anyone else's you think wouldn't mind me sending them a copy.

Sad!! What is clear is that a Mr Tom Lehrer knew of the place? My Home Town has a most uncanny resemblence to the place. May have some answers... also Steve Wood & Jim Ellison may know something.
