In which case everyone must be on their toes dodging the high powered motors hired for the event by doting fathers for their sons to let off steam round the street of M/cr. Evidently the police are helpless to intervene. Then say that you were sent by Joe...) but 11am sounds far more reasonable to me. 11am to, say 5pm gives us plenty of time for an open mic. concert and/or a singaround. Be in Rusholme by 6-ish and in the Ducie by 8pm? Spot did say 0800 but I know him better than that;-) It's his birthday today btw.
