Say there's a Texas based DJ who plays folk songs in the Welsh langage. Say I can't stand the Welsh folks, their music, and want to sound off about it. May I name names? I realize swearing is taboo. But may I present the facts as I see them, number of Welsh songs he plays per show for example, and argue against his playlists, hoping to pursuade others rally to my cause?
