Subject: RE: Intellituners - Info please From: mooman Date: 06 Nov 02 - 05:09 AM Got one recently and it's an excellent piece of kit. You can keep it clamped to the headstock during a gig and its backlit to be visible in darkish surroundings. It works on any of my instruments and automatically detects the note your trying to tune to and has a simple "arrows" tuning indication. Only strange thing about it is that it read B# when you fire it up. Hope this helps moo |
Subject: Intellituners - Info please From: Banjer Date: 06 Nov 02 - 05:05 AM I've seen these gizmos being used by several folks. Has anyone had any experience with them? It seems they work equally well for banjos and guitars. I have seen them also hooked to mandolins. Are universal or does one need one for each different type of instrument. Thinking of replacing my old Radio Shack tuner, any information would be appreciated! |
