I told Dick in an email that I want one set, and that he can bring it (and potentially others) to the next BFMS house hoot in December for those planning to order and come to the hoot. Could also potentially sell others there to non-mudcats who may be interested.

I would have complained about calling it "rainbow" because yellow has been completely left out. There are no shades of green, no orange - NO YELLOW! There's a whole color being ignored!!! ROYGBIV without OYG!!! But I didn't complain because I'm not the pedantic sort. Far be it from me to point out errors such as this. Also, we've got BIVR today, perhaps it's just a start and tomorrow there will be OYG. I shall dream of the day...

They aren't rainbow, which you would know if you had read the back threads. They are just named for different flowers or colors so as to differentiate them. And someone thought a rainbow was a bunch of colors, so why not short-hand it that way, see?

    Would looking back over the related threads give you a hint? Orchid, Plum, Violet, Strawberry, etc. . . .   Being such creative folk, and rather than simply, bore-ingly enumerating the discs, our fine producers have developed this colorful system for identifying the various collections.
    And as for the Rainbow theme, I have friends, as well as a daughter, who wear the Rainbow proudly. So while they may order their sets    gay-ly, I will order mine gaily. (That's one set for me, please, with many thanks.)      M. : )

I would think the whole set in the UK would be around £40. but so far I've had no word from Dick regarding a delivery date or final price but obviously the cost would be cheeper for a large batch than him sending small packages to individual members.
