I think I view the elements that make up the Mudcat as a triangle, with the songs/music and the top and the humour and the serious stuff together, in order to support the top.

Does that make sense?

I don't know, threads about songs and music is what were all about. But theres a problem!! I think Mudcat is a bigger thing than people realise. You see for those people who are, well lets face it, Addicted (Sorry!) Those quirky threads give you the chance to get to know the people just that bit more who answer your question, etc... then if they were only say, giving the words of a song. Do you know what I mean?

Threads do not start themselves. If you want to start one about songs, please do so. Many here on the 'Cat will gladly join you, but need to know what YOU would like to discuss. If it a song or artist that I can give some input on, I will happily do so as well.

Er....uh, sorry, we've been too busy solving the problems of the world, and perhaps a little constructive navel contemplation. Those long, nonmusical threads do get a bit tedious, don't they?
