No-one (certainly not me) is questioning your commitment and you explained that your initial posting was made late at night while doing all sorts of other things.

It was a general point that it is useful to all if references are accurate.

Sure it's a music site, one upon which people might rely to seek out more information.
What use is it to them if their searches are fruitless because others have entered vital details such as names and titles incorrectly?
This is particularly ironic when these particular artists, Mary Humphreys & Anahata, are untiring and scrupulous in sourcing their material.

Having seen them at Saddleworth I know we are-and I am attempting to ensure that a lot of other people do as well. We have a great spread in the local paper although when Mary sees her photograph she will probably die!!!

Thanks for that Mary-it was gone midnight and I had a long evening of writing flyers emailing artistes and trying to sort out various things for the club. Having had a lifetime of Lynda not Linda it bothers me none too much either, but I will try and get it right in the future!

I am so used to people getting the spelling wrong that I no longer get upset by it. I suppose I should blame my father for the Welsh spelling that I inherited.
To anyone watching this thread, please come and see us - we have never performed in the East Riding before, and would love to see you. Never mind the spelling - hear the songs!
