Also covered by Dr Feelgood - one of the best live bands I ever saw - Lee Brillaux giving it his all with the sweat flying out from his head. He died a few years ago & is sadly missed. I'll have to go home & listen to the record again.

This is about right, though I can't remember which order the verses came in - Its been about 45 years since we used to sing it on the school bus! Chorus: I'm a hog for you baby, I can't get enough of your love(x2) When I go to sleep at night your the only one I'm dreaming of.

There is another "I'm A Hog For You Baby" which was recorded by Screaming Lord Sutch, back in the 50's

I'm a hog for you baby, can't get enough of your love

Dear Harpgirl, The rare and classic One-note guitar solo occurs in The Coasters' 'Im A Hog for you Baby' released on the Atlantic label in 1959.... The single note guitar solo played for 12 bars is cleverly wrapped in a wash of sax riffs which hide the fact that it is indeed a single note played by the great session player Mickey Baker(Also part of Mickey & Sylvia who had a hit with 'Love Is Strange')

I think there is only one song with that title and it was written by Leiber And Stoller and was recorded by several artist and Clifton Chenier was one of them. I'm a hog for you baby I can't get enough of your love. When I go to sleep at night that's the only thing I'm dreaming of. Something like that. Need some verses.
