A couple of David Lindley shows are amongst the best live performances
I've witnessed. Just him and percussionist Wally Ingram, the two of
them filled the hall with exuberant joyous music.
A tremendous musician who had a quirky wit into the bargain.
He will be missed.

A great loss, he was an amazing musician who could play anything with strings on it. Loved the El-Rayo-X albums. He will be missed, sadly.

He was an eclectic and unique musician an oud enthusiast and judging from interviews, quite a character.

We lost David Lindley yesterday. A great musician who worked with most of the greats - Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt, Ry Cooder, to name but a few. Condolences to family and all who knew David. RIP.
