As Freddy said, the documentary is put out on Patreon YouTube channel "Manufacturing Intellect". They may have more details. Shazam did not recognise the guitar piece but the music right at the end is "It's an icicle. It's a bycycle" by Don Juan.

Sorry, idk.

A couple of other possibilities, if the mudcat brain doesn't have an answer:

The YouTube channel 'Manufacturing Intelect' uses the same guitar piece on its other videos.
Here it is again.

It might be worth asking there, though the most recent video (this one) is a couple of years old; they might not be monitoring it.

They've got a Patreon page with a couple of dozen subscribers.
I wonder if chucking a couple of euros in their bucket would prompt a response if you asked there?

As far as I can see their only attempt at a website was a Wordpress page in 2018.   No info or contact details.

Guest, RJM, I'm wondering whether the interview was part of a series and whether a credit for the guitar music can be found in relation to that.

I had a similar problem trying to find credit for an unnamed harpist on an old CD which was given to me. It was the type of album produced for cheap sale with no musical credits at all.

I finally stumbled on the name of the harpist when I heard one of the tunes on a TV show for which he was credited, and then tracked the same tune list to another album with the musician's name, Hugh Webb. It took many years and a serendipitous event to finally find the answer, but I thought it was a real shame for such a brilliant musician to not be given credit for his work.

I also recently saw a TV show called The Wrecking Crew about a group of brilliant session musicians who were uncredited for many brilliant musical performances while supporting well known musical artists on recordings.
