But I found this gel called "Blue Stuff" that really has helped tremendously! And since I know tendonitis and the like have been discussed here in a lot of different threads, I thought I'd pass along the info. If you do a google search of *blue stuff* you'll get a lot of hits but I think the home page is in this blicky. It's not inexpensive, but you use so little at a time it lasts a long time. Other threads about pain are Tendonitis about glucosamine Bursitis Carpel Tunnel I hope someone else tries this and gets relief like I have. Margo, feeling better.
