Subject: RE: Musicians wanted, South London area From: GUEST,skelly Date: 30 Apr 02 - 04:42 AM Yes, I am interested, but being new to this message board lark I don't know what PM is - unless it's Prime Minister, and I presume you don't want me to Tony Blair you! I should have just put my email address in the original message. It's skellyskel@netscape.net. I'm also interested in your reply to the sessions query. I already know Croydon Folk Club, and have heard about some sessions in a pub near Selhurst (maybe the Thornton Heath one you mention?), but when I rang the pub recently they said they weren't doing them just at the moment because of a change of management. Drop me a line at the address above. skelly |

Subject: Musicians wanted, South London area From: GUEST,skelly Date: 29 Apr 02 - 01:16 PM I'm looking for serious traditional musicians in the South London area to play with (with a view to gigging). I play whistle, laud (Spanish, a sort of cross between a mandolin and a bouzouki), concertina, guitar, keyboards and I sing. I also compose a lot of traditional-style tunes. Any takers? |
