Just back from a short tour of London. We ran into a man calling himself "Stetson Stan", at a couple of the pub sings. We were rather fascinated by his macabre delivery and very strange songs. We bought one of his CDs from him at the Sharp House, and listened to it, finding that it was every bit as odd and creepy as his live performances. The question is: Is this guy for real? Is it "music" or "performance art" or "theater"? I think he'd be a BIG hit at South by Southwest in the States. If you ever see him, ask him to sing "Dollarland". Boy, howdy!
