Singer Songwriter Richard Hawley is presenting a series starting tonight on Radio 2 at 11.30 pm about the sea as a source of British history and as a theme in literature, art and song, featuring poets, singers, fishermen, folklorists and historians. Sounds promising IMHO.

They had an excerpt on "Pick of the Week" yesterday (Sun) with Norma Waterson singing & talking -- great stuff!
