Oaklet. This indeed is a musical site! A word of warning to all and sundry who wish to modulate, avoid using the chord on the flattened supertonic, it can cause boils, especially on Tuesday nights.C.T.

And speaking of Tuesday nights, has Uday come up with any grub yet. Will venture forth tonight, and see, after I have tarried an hour under the spell of Mrs Dawson. The ayatollah tells me that Uday has ideas about lodging diners in our room. Why is food the pox of decent pubs? Dudgeon of significant altitude may be required.

A terrific session in the Slop tonight with massed icing bags and lunatic fiddlers.

However, Uday has jacked the beer up 30p a pint, and has given us a week's notice to find a new home. He is rather conveniently diverting his 30ps, and complaining that he can't afford the £200 PEL.

So next week is the last Slop session for the foreseeable future. It would be braw to make it a big one, but perhaps we should all buy a half pint and nurse it all night. I don't see why we should line Uday's pockets when he's giving us the heave-ho.

The ayatollah is looking into moving the session to the Queen's in Barton, but that looks like a Monday night. I will make some enquiries at the Haven Inn, Barrow, where the new landpeople have shown interest. Ironically, that is where Uday moved from..........

The Slop, sweetfart, is in the former Peoples Republic of South Humberside, nestling under the Lincolnshire Wolds, lapped by the playful tides of the Humber, in the quaint historic market town of Barton Upon Humber

Really? Thanks Mick. But I'll have to check my diary.

S'fire, the Slop is not really called the Slop, and its in Barton on Humber. Shame to lose that session after all the bruhaha recently. Oh well, I'm sure you'll find a new home. Good luck Chaps. I shall not attend last slop do on principle, but will assist in making the first at the new venue a lively affair!

Dear Sweetfart and Skiptwat having had to endure from both of you various corruptions of my user name I think that you should accept these new names with the grace and favour suited to people of your high standing and accept the fact that it is infact an honor to have your names corrupted in such a way.

I AM ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The fooking stupid bastards who work for local gov are shits!
Here's the tale.. I am on long term sick (stress related) and get an income of £64.35 per week (woopie) my rent on my flat is £74.59 per week they were paying it for me so that was nice and I was getting along ok. Now they've decided that they are paying me too much and have reduced my housing benefit by £21.22 per week leaving me with £43.13 to live on!!!!!!!! (sorry to go on about this here but it is music related in that I will no longer be able to afford to go to sessions)

So tonight may well be the last PTH gig I go to for a while.

Know anyboby who will pay me for my body?

Local Gov bastards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Cheers jOhn

I've launched an appeal (did it straight away) phoned the buggers up and gave them hell. Emailed them straight after with the details of my appeal. Do you know what they said.... They can't do anything because decisions are made by an independant assessor who has visited the property and made calculations based on the size of the flat and the area it is in! No bastard has ever visited this flat thats for sure! However they will look at my appeal and consider it within the next 6 weeks, meanwhile I can apply for Income support. These people clearly have no idea about how additional stress like this can set a persons recovery back by months! Fooking bastards!

Anyway Sorry to go on about this here but I just had to sound off!

luckily,one,of,my,mates,is,a,Chartered-Surveyor!
it,still,took,me,about,3,months,to,get,it,sorted,though.
Your,rent,does,not,sound,exessive,[going,rate,is,about

it,will,almost,,certainly,get,sorted,out,and,you,will,eventually
get,all,the,money,you,are,owed.
its,just,all,the,buearocracy,and,bullshit,that,you,dont,need
