Sorry to hear you're having problems DeanMeister, it may well be down to the fact that your hand's readjusting to full movement again, theres always muscle wastage when you have an immobilised limb. Guest is right you need to see a physio for diagnosis & specific exercises, I'm suprised you weren't referred on from the fracture/surgical clinic. Get down to your GP & insist on a referral.I wouldn't push it too hard until you've seen someone, you don't want to be causing permanent damage!

Look you lot, our own Ayatollah has been to the far flung corners of the universe to bring back for our delight & edification a picture of a bog (in the toilet sense that is!!).
