Can anyone explain to me how a felon can get their voting rights taken away in one state & not in the others, is this something that can be decieded on a state to state basis? Can anyone tell me if drunk driving , once or twice is a felony, it is a crime that begets prison time? Or is it that some felons don't go to jail & can't vote & some that commit crimes that aren't felonies but are just as bad or maybe worst & do go to prison how can they keep on voting? Barry, who's now wondering why we think we can vote.
