Started at 7.30, George and Christine came on time which is more than could be said for some then Mike and there was alrady some punters.
Had done a set before the next singers arrived.
Hamish and Lorna contributed with style and class.
Surprise visit from Judy and Brian who had flown in from Knock.Judy sang 2 Traveller songs ang she stole the show.
Had some really good choruses.
Ben Campbell's 'Keelman' will do well, so its in the list for choruses to learn at our 3rd Tuesday at the Bluanka.

White Bear is Richmansworth, better if you come on Sat night to the Blue Anchor on St.Albans where El Grek and I with Guru and others have regular residency with surprise guests.
you can do the tourist bit during the day and visit the Abbey and museum

Sorry I couldn't stay longer Breezy, but was soooo knackered after the Crediton Festival *sigh*

I was very inmpressed with the couple of songs I heard Hamish & Lorna do, and her with a sore throat too - marvellous stuff! Missed Sue again dammit....

Will put 1st June in diary with pink highlighter to make sure I get along to it - no clashes at the moment :-)

Just to let any interested Cats know that there will not be a Breezy Event at the White Bear on Sunday 4th May. There have been messages today from Breezy to this effect. Sorry if you're disappointed - it's probably something to do with his knees being too brown.
