Lat & Long, please, if you can manage it, thanks. Not really surprised that you couldn't find the equivalent of "a fine sandy bottom" but then on a chart of that scale covering the entire English Channel I would not expect to find that detail, such a chart would only ever be used for passage planning - but I suspect you know that full well. Larger scale chart required. So pleased to see that the 55 fathom line no longer could be seriously considered as presenting a danger to navigation in the South-West Approaches. |
