O.K Bill, you've convinced me to join Mudcat and spin my first thread, now please respond and let me know what to do with your effigy!

Bob (sometimes resident artist at the Press Room sessions, Portsmouth N.H) Nielson's large drawings- one of you and Ian & one of Sam, with instruments, currently have pride of uncrumpled place on the front seat of my car. Do you want me to preserve them until your next visit or send them to a location of your choice?

By the way, I went to a session on Tuesday where people were already playing some of the "new" tunes they'd heard you all play on Friday- so your influence spreads. Thanks for reminding me of "Whistling Rufus". Now if I could just remember how to start "Shuffling Samuel" my old set from student ceilidhs in Scotland would be complete!

I think when Sam gets back home I'll be tempted to stay with this www thing - Mudcat being at the top of my list!

I feel pretty good too - getting the hang of it now. Connie e-mailed me the following which I'm hoping to copy and send out to Mudcat -

Oh darn it (does that sound a bit American?) and I've even vowed to stop swearing - it didn't work. Let me see if I can send it to Jellybeam and see what Ian's family can do with it.
