Wish I could be with you all at either the Black Cat in Chesham or the Hollybush at Redbourne on Thursday 9th, but I'll be washing my hands (& resting the back)!

no brace, exercise, maybe a cushion when sitting, but keep moving, dont sit for long periods, so if the song is boring, go on walk- about,as you are singing it.

Word was out for the 3rd Tuesday at the Blue for a 'workshop'
Fran did good with 'A place called Eng' now he has to learn it by heart to perform it in front of an audience.
Steph did a repeat of what she done at 'B'w'd' with 'Mid-winter' plus a funny about 'Flu'

Actually Breezy, the back brace is FANTASTIC and makes me feel much more confident about moving around, won't use it for long though. But yes, I'm trying not to seize up! Glad about Fran, when are they movin away? Must hear him again before they go! Good to hear about Steph's performance too, wish I'd been there. 3rd Tuesday in diary, a not to be missed evening!
