Well I don't really know if she wrote it, but I did hear her sing it about 25 years ago, and I can remember thinking that's a great song, I'll have to learn that someday, but I never did and I've never heard it since. All I can remember is that it was about money, filthy lucre, greed and the like. Ring a bell with anyone? Lyrics and/or reference to a recording would be great.

That's the song. It's on Faith's first album, and was written by Malvina Reynolds.
