There are a few Blind Blake songs in Stephan Grossman's book Ragtime Blues (click here)
Also I think Woody Mann's Six Early Blues Guitarists has a few songs by Blake. Both books would have both guitar tab and standard musical notation.

I'm a guitarist who just stumbled across Blind Blake. Do yall know of a good resource for tablature and MIDIs. Or a CD with Tab Book? I can read the tabs OK but really need to hear it too. MM

I know of a site here. You'll need a copy of the Guitar Pro Tablature Program, to view them.

I have used the trial version of Guitar Pro and it works great. Nice concept.
