Just to give advance notice to anyone on the other side of the pond who is interested in English traditional songs, squeezebox music (concertina and melodeon), horrible Child Ballads, and who knows what else, that I will be braving the massed ranks of the airport security services and US Immigration department this Thursday, and setting out for a tour of the East Coast and Northern Mid-West bits of your wonderful country.

You must go and see Brian if you are within a hundred miles of any of his gigs, he is a wonderful performer.

He does a superb version of Dallas Rag on the concertina btw, and he particularly enjoys having the audience play air guitar during his rendition of this classic ragtime piece, so do not disappoint him.

Barry, say hello to him from me will you, he probably won't be on Mudcat again until he returns home ...
