Anyone going to MAsham Music Festival this coming weekend?

I shall be there along with lots of my lovely music friends including...

Duncan McFarlane
Katriona Gilmore & Jamie Roberts
Gary Stewart
Gerry Cooper

and countless other fab performers.

Lotsa sessions and open mics so plenty to see and do for everyone. Good camping too.

It coincides with the Robin Hood's Bay Folk Weekend. We were in Whitby last weekend at the Black Bull Bender so we may go to Masham this weekend as a change from the east coast.

Hi Mollycat,

All I know on the "who and when" score is that the Duncan McFarlane Acoustic setup will be in the Brewery Visitor's Centre (where else?!) on Saturday afternoon and the full electric line-up kick off the main evening concert in the Town Hall on the same day. (Info courtesy of Dunc's latest fan newsletter, any errors or ommissions - see himself!).

Probably see you at the cafe for elevenses?

On Saturday and Sunday I will be outside the White Bear looking after the open mic sessions and concerts.

The brewery and the cricket club also stage concerts.

I enjoyed my shows at the town hall and the Black Swan. The Bruce Arms beer garden is a great spot to play also.

Campsite was great also. OK, we didn't get much kip bit IT IS a music festival after all.

Looking forward to next year's festival already.
