Hi

Im stewarding at The Festival at the Edge, Much Wenlock, Shropshire - 20-22 July 2007.

Anyone else going?

http://www.festivalattheedge.org/index.php?id=2

My home turf. Ive nicknamed it Much Wetter at the moment with all the local floods. Lets hope the weather clears up.

HAve acquired an old 2 berth caravan so hope sites not too squelchy as my partner TOny is towing me and van there, unhitching and tootling off to spend a weekend of beer and pork scratchings with the dog. Hopefully they will be sober enough to collect me and van.

fxx

I don't care how you get up the hill, just arrive, please! Thanks to all those who are coming to help at the 'Edge. The determined ones who make it up the hill are well rewarded with music, tales, majic and ales! but of course, if it's storytelling, you won't know what to beiieve unless you hear it with your own ears.......and even then.....    RB

Don't think I'll be there, sorry. Enjoyed the winter one though, particularly Xanthe's masterclass. I'd like to give it a go next year, finances permitting. This year I'm off to Beyond the Border (hangs head in shame) as it's a 2-yearly one and hoping to go to Festival at the Edge next year. Alternating festivals seems a good way to do it.

Have a good time!

Got my wellies packed...

If it's flooded up at F.A.T.E. then Ironbridge will be about 200+ft underwater! Hope to hobble my way up to see you all! Dave.

I'll be there - stewarding.
There's usually a music session going on, but it would be great to get some singing going too. Are you up for it, Mr&Mrs Scarecrow? (I thought we did a grand job at Bretforton.).... And anyone else?

Sue

Must check when Im stewarding I know I have one slot on Friday night, but Ill try and attend the opening do.

Getting my stuff ready, must remember my instruments, just in case there is a session.

Dont know if the FATE organisers have sorted the road problem, but there is tree felling down Harley Bank and the road there (A458) is closed all weekend. Good timing SCC- not looking at local events!!!

Diversions on the Shrewsbury side at Cressage. Over Cressage bridge to Buildwas then right to Much Wenlock and rejoin 458 and up to Stokes Barn.

See some of you tonight

fliss xx
