I gather there are still some tickets available for the Sept 15th Yorkshire Garland Launch concerts. Details are:

1pm − Yorkshire Folk Song Concert with John Greaves, Ray Padgett, Mick Haywood, Steve Gardham, Jim Eldon, Knaresborough Mummers , Three Score & Ten, Noble & Cocking (£6/£5)

7.30pm − The Waterson Family (including Norma, Mike & Eliza) plus Will Noble & John Cocking (£12/£10)

You don't have to go to London! There's another tribute to Lal Waterson at Musicport Festival held in Whitby Pavilion, North Yorkshire.

Sunday 21st October 2007; Jo Freya's Lal Project
World premiere of a great new band playing the beautiful songs of the late Lal Waterson. Led by Jo it features members of Chumbawamba, Mary McMaster, Jim Boyes & Fi Fraser.
