Cloudstreet tour while in the UK

The Australian duo Cloudstreet are on a tour of the UK at the moment and on Friday 28th Sept will be visiting the village of Parbold in Lancashire. This event is being run by the local community association who haven't really got a clue who they've got which is why I've sold twice as many tickets for it as they have!

It's only one of two gigs for them in the Lancashire area so if anyone is interested in seeing Nicole and John please ring Ann on 01257 462176.

There isn't a bar but you can bring your own "refreshments". I think tea and coffee will be available.

Parbold is HERE in the grand scheme of things. Hopefully I'll see one or two of you there.

And if you are down the other end of the country come and see them at Bideford Folk Club, in North Devon on Thursday 18th Oct at the Joiners Arms. (PM me if you need further info etc)
Or go to Bodmin on the Friday (19th) or Wotter on the Sunday (21st)

They really are too good to miss.

Geat Duo saw then at several places over the past couple of years. Well worth seeing. Great voices great harmonies VERY VERY funy.
Oh they are on at THE STAR CLUB St Andrews in the Square Glasgow soon. Id loved to hear them in that venue as the accoustics are fantastic.

Just got in from seeing them at Parbold. Thanks to the people who came along. We had a fantastic night - if you haven't seen them and they're in your area go along and have a great night singing along to the songs they do including a great song by El Greko about windmills.
