Apologies to anyone who didn't get prior warning of last nights cancellation at Salisbury. The excellent box office staff managed to contact about 80% of people in advance. We have cancelled the first three shows of this tour due to serious illness affecting Steves young son Jack. Steve will be out of the frame for a while. Myself, Miranda Sykes, and Slaid Cleaves will pick up the tour again on Wednesday at the St Albans arena. Please look at www.showofhands.co.uk for updates and information regarding refunds, changes etc. Our thoughts are with young jack at this time and we wish him a speedy recovery.

I am sure you wil put on a good show Phil. However, times like this can really focus your mind on the most important things of life. My best wishes go to Steve and his family and I will be wishing Jack a speedy recovers - as will anyone. There are more important things than being a good musician. Being a good father is one of them.
